These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cbaj ("cbaj", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at cbaj.io ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including all sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, card games, and any other products or services made available through cbaj.

To register and maintain an account on cbaj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated entities may not register accounts.
• You have not previously had a cbaj account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or placing bets.
• The use of online betting and casino services is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are currently located. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before using cbaj.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

cbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or subsequently. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until such documentation is provided.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on cbaj. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbaj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. cbaj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your cbaj account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via the in-platform live chat. cbaj will investigate all reported unauthorised access claims and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period as a security measure.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held in your account remains accurate and up to date. You can update your contact details by contacting support. cbaj may require re-verification of identity following significant changes to account information.

cbaj reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that an account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Account balances that remain inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity processing fee. cbaj will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact support.

cbaj supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced at cbaj's discretion, and any such additions will be reflected in the Platform's cashier section.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your cbaj account within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. cbaj does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply its own charges. You are solely responsible for any such third-party charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. cbaj aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. cbaj reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before approving any withdrawal request.

Funding Requirements: All funds deposited to your cbaj account must be your own. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties, or funded from sources that are not legitimately yours, are strictly prohibited. cbaj will not accept deposits made from credit facilities, loans, or funds derived from illegal activities.

Currency: All transactions on cbaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Account balances are displayed and settled in BDT.

All bets placed on cbaj are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and should be read before placing any bet or participating in any game.

Sports Betting: cbaj offers in-play and pre-match betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers), badminton, and other sports as made available from time to time. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked and will not be altered to your disadvantage, except in cases of manifest error.

Manifest Error: If cbaj determines that a price, line, or market was offered or settled in error — including typographical errors, technical errors, or errors caused by incorrect data feeds — cbaj reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. cbaj's decision in such matters is final.

Casino Games: Casino games available on cbaj, including live dealer games, slots, and card games, are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates under rules determined by the provider, which are accessible within the game interface. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live studio environments to ensure fair outcomes.

Settlement: Sports bets are settled following official confirmation of the relevant result from cbaj's designated data provider. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Player may contact support within seven (7) days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by cbaj at any time without prior notice.

cbaj may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are governed by these Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's terms. Players must meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus may be held on an account at any given time unless cbaj expressly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once using duplicate accounts or multiple devices is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unused after the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: cbaj reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus, related winnings, or account balance in cases where it suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic staking patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Changes to Promotions: cbaj reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Promotional offers communicated during seasonal events — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL final, or the T20 World Cup — are subject to the same general bonus terms unless separate specific terms are published alongside the promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbaj. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and may result in further legal action where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or cbaj employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic approach designed to exploit promotional offers or market inefficiencies in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or circumvent any security, fairness, or randomness mechanism on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing cbaj using a VPN, proxy service, or any other method designed to conceal your true location or identity.
• Opening more than one account on cbaj, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cbaj staff or other players through any communication channel.

cbaj employs monitoring tools and employs trained staff to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions made by cbaj regarding prohibited conduct are final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

All content on the cbaj Platform, including but not limited to the cbaj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials, is the intellectual property of cbaj or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without cbaj's prior written consent.
• Use cbaj's brand name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

cbaj provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform, cbaj does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbaj shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cbaj's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. cbaj's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Age Restriction: cbaj strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Termination by the Player: You may close your cbaj account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any available balance in your account. cbaj will process any pending withdrawal requests following account closure, subject to verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Termination by cbaj: cbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• cbaj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Continued operation of the account would present a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to cbaj.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through cbaj's internal dispute resolution process should be referred to the appropriate competent authority. cbaj's internal dispute resolution process is the first point of contact for all complaints — please contact our support team in the first instance.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
